Below we have gathered some important information to better welcome you.

Terms and conditions:

- One pet weighing up to 10kg per apartment is permitted;

- It is not allowed to leave the Pet alone in the apartment;

- Pet accommodation is subject to advance reservation, exclusively through the reservation center, subject to availability of apartments designated for this purpose;

- The daily pet fee is R$ 100.00;

- The owner must present their pet's vaccination card at check-in and must bring all the necessary material for the animal's stay (pots, food, leash and bed)

- Cleaning of solid or liquid waste, as well as any damage caused to the apartment will be the responsibility of the animal's owner (the amount will be charged to the guest's account, after notification of the damage by the hotel);

- Pets will be allowed to circulate in social areas as long as they are carried on your lap or in bags/carriers. (Except circulation in the restaurant);

- If there are complaints from other guests regarding noise, such as barking, crying, howling or clawing noises, we will recommend a nearby PetHotel so that your friend can be accommodated.

- The person responsible for the pet must fill out the conduct and responsibility form when checking in at the hotel.
