Terms and conditions

Daily rates fluctuate and vary according to the day and availability of accommodation at the Hotel.

1. Reservation Guarantee/No-Show Guarantee

Accommodation reservations at the Ingleses Praia Hotel may be “Guaranteed” upon payment in advance by credit card or by sending proof of deposit into a current account.

This guarantee ensures that the apartment will be available until noon on the day following the check-in date, even if the guest does not show up (guest no-show).

After noon on the day following the check-in date, if the guest does not show up (no-show), the amounts will be charged according to the type of reservation specified below:

• Refundable reservation: the amount of the first night will be charged and the remainder will be returned to the guest;

• Non-refundable reservation: the price for the full period of accommodation will be charged.

“Non-Guaranteed” reservations may be canceled by the Hotel due to lack of availability until the check-in date.

2. Cancellation

The guest may request cancellation of accommodation according to the conditions below:

• Refundable reservation: cancellation may be made free of charge, provided that it is requested up to 24 hours in advance of the check-in date. After this period, the Hotel will cancel the accommodation by charging the first night;

• Non-refundable reservation: Cancellation will be made, however there will be a charge for the full period of accommodation, taking into account the special period conditions and values offered at the time of booking;

• Package/Group Reservations: can be made free of charge, as long as requested up to 20 days in advance of the check-in date. Cancellations requested between 19 and 15 days before the check-in date will be charged 30% of the accommodation price. Cancellations requested less than 14 days before check-in will be charged 100% of the accommodation price.

3. Amendment

The guest may request a change in accommodation according to the conditions below:

• Refundable reservations: date changes will be accepted in writing, up to 24 hours before the originally confirmed check-in day, after this period the amount of 01 night will be charged;

• Non-refundable reservations: changes will be made upon payment of the full period of accommodation.

4. Accommodation for children and teenagers

Accommodation for children and adolescents must comply with the requirements of article 250 of the Child and Adolescent Statute in addition to the criteria outlined below:

• Accommodation for 1 child up to 6 years old is free. The child must carry an identification document and be accompanied by their parents or guardians. If one of these people is absent, the responsible guest must present written authorization from them or from the judicial authority. Cot: courtesy upon prior request and availability of the Hotel / extra bed: amount charged separately and upon prior request and availability of the Hotel;

• Accommodation for children over the age of 7 and teenagers up to 18 years of age will be charged as an extra at the same rates as for adults. Children and/or teenagers must carry an identification document and be accompanied by their parents or guardians. In the absence of one of these people, the responsible guest must present written authorization from them or from the judicial authority;

• Failure to comply with the conditions specified above and the Child and Adolescent Statute will make it impossible to carry out and carry out the check-in, and there will be no reimbursement for losses eventually generated. The penalty will be applied in accordance with the cancellation/no-show policy for the period.

5. Early Check-in

• Early entry can be made from 9:00 am, subject to Hotel availability and payment of the amount corresponding to half a day;

• Entries before 9:00 am can be made subject to Hotel availability and payment of the amount corresponding to one night's stay.

6. Early departure

• They are accepted upon payment for the full period of the reservation.

7. Late Check-out

• Departures until 6:00 pm will be accepted subject to availability and payment of the amount corresponding to half a day;

• Departures after 6:00 pm may be made subject to Hotel availability and payment of the amount corresponding to one night's stay.

8. Pets

Pets will only be accepted at the Hotel that is declared “pet friendly” and upon prior request and payment of the corresponding amount to be requested at the time of booking at the Hotel.

9. Glossary

Reservation confirmation voucher: document sent by the Hotel confirming the guest's accommodation;

Reservation confirmation date: date on which the reservation guarantee deposit is made (via bank deposit, bank transfer, credit card debit or any other agreed payment method);

Daily rate: period between check-in time and check-out time;

No-Show: customer not showing up at the hotel;

Check-in: start time of the first night;

Check-out: end time of the last night;

Pet-friendly: places that accept the entry and stay of pets.
